Local Diner Has So Much Atmosphere It Can’t Be Contained [PHOTOS]
Ever been out of town enjoying a meal at a new cafe and thought, “I wish this diner was in the Tri-Cities”? We have one of those type eateries in the heart of the Tri-Cities that visitors wish was closer to them!
I first met George Barrett, then the owner / operator of the Sage Port Grille, about 8 years ago. Now his daughter Michelle runs the eclectic diner at 1633 Columbia Park Trail across from Bateman Island. This breakfast and lunch cafe has so much atmosphere that the walls and ceilings can’t contain it all!
If you like good “stick to your ribs” food, an ice cold beverage and ambiance so thick you can cut it with a knife then treat yourself, family and friends to a meal at the Sage Port Grille, soon. Why not have breakfast or lunch there this weekend? If you do you’ll return. I didn’t post any photos of the interior, for that you need to visit and see for yourself. ENJOY!
For those that have read this far a little tip: Fresh french fries! When you order they will slice a potato through a U.S. Navy strength vegematic! Boy does that take me and my taste buds back a few years, DELISH!
