This Memorial  Day Weekend officially kicks off the 2012 BBQ season! Whether you are smoking meat, or grilling some gourmet burgers, or just satisfying man’s desire to burn meat, please do it safely. There are usually a few fires every year attributed to somebody with a BBQ that does not know what they are doing.
